Job description

Your missions:
Coordinate and manage all requests coming from GEMINI US and GEMINI MEIA/EU projects to the HQ
Prioritize and distribute tasks to the stakeholders
Provide strong support during migration phases and go-live periods
Collaborate with the internal IT team and ensure alignment across projects
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication between project teams and headquarters
Support continuous improvement of project management processes
Ensure documentation and reporting are up to date and aligned with project requirements
Your profile:
Experience in project management within IT environments
Proficiency with CounterSoft Gemini and SAP
Experience coordinating multi-regional or global projects
Academic background: degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
English and Italian fluent
You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
Hybrid on Milan (3/5)

Compensation and Transparency
Gross Annual Salary Range: EUR 26,000.00 – EUR 50,000.00
National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL del Commercio).
