We are looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist to join the Customer Finance Italy team, with an initial focus on the ROWA collections perimeter. In this role, you will support the optimization of collection activities within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process, ensuring operational efficiency, strong portfolio management, and alignment with end-to-end revenue cycle objectives. You will contribute to improving processes, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across local and cross-country operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and support collection activities for the ROWA portfolio, including customer follow-ups and negotiations
Perform portfolio analysis to support prioritization, segmentation, and resource allocation decisions
Contribute to structured, data-driven collection strategies and decision-making processes
Support escalation, stop-chasing, and write-off activities in line with internal policies and governance
Participate in Workforce Management (WFM) routines, including collaboration with external partners
Collaborate with cross-country stakeholders and progressively support additional Customer Finance area.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Credit & Collections, Customer Finance, or similar roles
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and strong Excel proficiency
Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and collection methodologies is desirable but not required.
Experience working with ERP systems and structured operational environments (WFM knowledge is a plus)
Experience in Pharma or MedTech industries is desirable but not required
Languages: Italian and English required; Spanish is a plus
Salary range: €40,000 – €42,000 + bonus + benefits
