Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment for CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l.

Responsibilities:**

• Operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load, unload, and stack materials onto and from trucks, racks, and other storage areas.
• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse.
• Perform routine pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting, scanning, and organizing products.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a forklift operator, preferably in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Ability to operate different types of forklifts.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
