Job Overview: Support the Store Manager to manage all aspect of the store operations and lead the sales team members to ensure commercial objectives are achieved

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours, being a role model to the sales team to consistently deliver personal key performance indicators
• Support the Store Manager to engage, coach and develop the team to ensure the store delivers its sales targets and associated key performance indicators.
• Oversee the sales floor, demonstrating excellent Floor Control skills to ensure the store is great place to shop.
• Consistently review and utilise store CSAT insight to identify actions to improve the customer experience and store operations
• Support in the delivery of store operations and Visual Merchandising principles to deliver best practice retail standards and create the required shopping experience
• Continually upskill in knowledge of our products to be a product expert, role modelling and educating the team to utilise product knowledge to drive sales
• Organise and prioritise required tasks to ensure business needs are met whilst protecting sales and service in store
• Provide regular feedback to the team to motivate and engage to improve performance where required.
• Support the Store Manager with managing people issues as they occur to avoid escalation into more complex issues
• Build capability and understanding to effectively manage all aspects of the store in the absence of the store manager

Qualifications:

• Good retail experience including in a management role, leading a team
• Strong coaching skills
• Effective communicator who can provide clarity to individuals or team on what is required of them and why
• Ability to inspire and motivate a store team through injecting pride, passion and energy to create a positive working environment.
• Proficient in supporting with people processes and team development
• Good experience in delivering and exceeding sales and targets
• Proactive with good organisation skills to initiate completion of tasks without direction or supervision
• Good commercial skills
• IT proficient with the ability to use a range of systems to manage in store activity
• Good knowledge of and experience in Visual Merchandising

Cerchiamo un/una Vice Store Manager energico/a e appassionato/a per supportare la gestione quotidiana del nostro negozio Clarks. Il tuo obiettivo sarà affiancare lo Store Manager nel coordinamento del team e garantire un'eccellente esperienza di acquisto per i nostri clienti. In sua assenza, sarai responsabile della gestione completa del punto vendita.

Responsabilità principali

Essere un esempio per il team nelle vendite, offrendo un servizio clienti eccellente e raggiungendo costantemente gli obiettivi personali (KPI).

Supportare il/la Store Manager nel motivare, formare e sviluppare il team per raggiungere i risultati di vendita e garantire un ambiente di lavoro positivo.

Gestire attivamente l’area vendita, assicurando ordine, accoglienza e un'esperienza di acquisto impeccabile.

Monitorare i feedback dei clienti e proporre soluzioni per migliorare il servizio e le performance del negozio.

Collaborare all’applicazione delle linee guida di Visual Merchandising per valorizzare i prodotti e rendere il negozio sempre attraente.

Approfondire la conoscenza dei prodotti (modelli, materiali, vestibilità, tendenze) e trasferirla al team per supportare la vendita.

Organizzare le attività quotidiane, bilanciando operatività e attenzione al cliente.

Fornire feedback costruttivi al team per favorire crescita e miglioramento continuo.

Affiancare la direzione nella gestione di eventuali problematiche legate al personale.

Essere pronto/a a gestire tutte le attività del punto vendita in autonomia, in assenza dello Store Manager.

Requisiti

Esperienza pregressa nella vendita al dettaglio, preferibilmente nel settore calzature, abbigliamento o accessori.

Esperienza in un ruolo di responsabilità e gestione di team.

Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di leadership.

Forte orientamento al cliente e passione per la vendita.

Capacità di formare e motivare un team.

Buone competenze organizzative e orientamento agli obiettivi.

Conoscenza base delle tecniche di Visual Merchandising.

Familiarità con strumenti informatici e gestionali di punto vendita.
