Purpose
As Cash Manager, you oversee the team responsible for predicting and managing projects liquidity, aiming to maximize efficiency in treasury cash operations. Your role is vital in ensuring the organization maintains sufficient liquidity to meet financial commitments and carry out bi-weekly payment campaigns. You serve as the key link between business units, Turnkey finance, and treasury teams regarding all cash-related matters associated with Turnkey projects.
Responsibilities

CREDIT MANAGEMENT
Provide strategic leadership in managing and optimizing trade receivable collection

Ensure robust and timely cash collection by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and removing obstacles to efficient client payment.
Lead the review of overdue payments, assessing root causes, defining required actions, and guiding stakeholders toward resolution with clear timelines and expected settlement dates.
Direct the identification and validation of bad debt provisions, ensuring accurate booking, reversal, and alignment with financial standards.

CASH MANAGEMENT
Manage and optimize working capital
Drive high‑level financial data governance by overseeing the collection, structuring, and analysis of cash‑related data, ensuring that trends, deviations, and discrepancies are proactively identified and escalated with corrective action plans.
Oversee enterprise‑wide risk management related to liquidity, ensuring early identification of cash‑related risks—including currency exposure, payment delays, and internal approval bottlenecks—and steering mitigation plans across teams, projects, and markets.
Elevate reporting standards by steering the quarterly cash reporting process, defining key insights, variances, and areas of concern. Provide executive‑level dashboards on cash balances, forecast trends, and performance indicators. Oversee periodic desktop reviews to ensure data integrity and transparency.
Lead the implementation and adoption of the new Cash Management system, ensuring alignment of functionalities with operational needs, defining governance rules, supervising system maintenance, and driving training programs to ensure strong cross‑functional adoption.

STRATEGIC INSIGHT / BUSINESS PARTNERING
Strengthen commercial decisions by proactively providing financial insight, benchmarking, and cash‑related guidance to the Sales organization.
Proactively deliver actionable financial insights to support Sales in structuring competitive yet financially robust commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with cash constraints, client payment behaviors, and working capital objectives.
Develop and maintain data‑driven benchmarks using “as‑built” project performance, actual cash curves, customer payment profiles, and deviation analyses to inform Sales’ pricing, milestone design, and risk‑sharing strategies.
Translate project execution outcomes into commercial learnings, ensuring that key financial and cash‑flow lessons feed into future bids, supporting stronger negotiation strategies and reducing liquidity‑related risks in upcoming projects.
Education
Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business/Management with a strong financial component.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Finance, Project Controls, Cost Engineering, or related fields.
Prior experience as a Cost Controller, Project Controller, or similar project‑based financial role is highly desirable.
Proficient knowledge of Excel is a must. VBA / PowerBI / SQL knowledge a plus.
