Within ourClient Service team,we’recurrently looking for aClient Service Specialistwho will be fully dedicated to a portfolio of ourConsumer Healthclients.
The Client Service Specialist will have the responsibility for supporting clients inanalyzing IQVIA property dataand ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services. Will alsoanswer client queriesandcollaborates with the Sales teamto best support the clients. Providesin-depth trainingin databases and products andassiststhe sales team in preparing quotations.
RESPONSABILITIES
Provideadditionalinsight and interpretation of the datato enableappropriate resolutionof business questions and/or issues including pre-analysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team infinalizingthe resolution feed-back to the client.
Manage queriesraised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA property data to ensure that full andtimelyresponse is provided (also with support from other functions’ teams) using company tools (QMS/CSM) and respecting contractual SLA.
Transfers client requests for database modification to the Delivery Team and ensures proper execution.
Responsible formaintainingand growing revenuefrom existing and new services–commercial aspect
Supporting the team lead on driving and implementing specific initiatives
Support Sales team in the definition of quotations
Review client data requirements with theappropriate internalresource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
Providestraining to clientsand support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
Produces ad-hoc studies and presentations on demand(prepare and presentmarket scenario presentationsfor clients)
Manageback-office activities(maintainingand updating contact records,organizationand maintenance of documentation,managing quotations,etc)
KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSAND ABILITIES
MSc with strong interest into data analysis
Knowledge ofpharmaceutical/healthcare/dermo-cosmeticmarket will be a plus
3+ years of experiencein similar roles (Marketing/Trade Marketing, Data Analysis, etc.) preferably in similar multinational context
Attention to detailsandrespect of deadlines
ExcellentMicrosoft Office Skills
Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and in line with priorities
Strong communication, goodinterpersonal attitude,establishesempathy with clients
Proficiencyin Englishand Italian
Ability to work on a team and to interact with other functions

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €38,000.00 - €57,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
