The IT Business Specialist is responsible for providing functional support and acts as a key liaison between Business stakeholders and IT in relation to applications and processes within the Banca Corrispondente environment. The role serves as the primary functional point of contact for the Office Manager, ensuring effective support through strong knowledge of the relevant operational procedures and mainframe systems.

The role also includes supporting the assessment and implementation of application changes by translating business needs into functional requirements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of existing processes and systems. Working in close partnership with Business and IT teams, the IT Business Specialist helps ensure that technology solutions are aligned with operational priorities, delivered efficiently, and maintained in accordance with business expectations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente procedure and the mainframe environment.
• Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.
• Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.

• Knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente process or similar banking operations.

Minimum Salary:

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the successful candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to base salary, employees may, subject to applicable local laws, company policies, and plan terms, be eligible for a country-aligned benefits package and may be considered, at the Company’s sole discretion, for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
