We are looking for an Organizational Professional to join our team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).
MISSION
Drive the evolution of the organizational model at Group level, designing effective and efficient solutions aligned with business and HR strategies. Evaluate organizational scenarios and their impact on processes, roles, responsibilities and competencies, benchmarking against market trends and emerging organizational models. Support the management of transformation projects acting as project manager to enable and sustain organizational change at scale.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Analyzes and designs processes and organizations proposing solutions driven by efficiency and effectiveness;
Defines, reviews and updates job descriptions, in collaboration with Line Managers.
Leads/Participates to transversal projects, ensuring they are executed on time and delivery the required output;
Shares knowledge throughout the company to promote best practices and ensure internal alignment on proposed organizational changes and solutions;
Supports the design and execution of Change Management initiatives linked to Business/Organizational models transformation to effectively promote value creation and cultural change in Bonfiglioli;
Defines and monitors human capital metrics in relation with organizational models;
Acts as point of reference, having a project management approach, for the people involved in the Change Management initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering;
Past experience in similar role (3-6 years);
Experience in Project Management within the Business function (including organizational change projects, cross-functional collaboration, and business unit transitions and integrations);
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Fluent in English.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The annual compensation for this position is € 40,000 - € 50,000, with additional benefits.
This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
Additional information regarding compensation, benefits, and career progression criteria will be provided during the recruitment process.
