Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing a global leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and future capability needs
Building scalable leadership programs for emerging leaders, people managers, senior leaders, and executives
Embedding leadership frameworks into talent, performance, succession, and development processes
Partnering with senior executives to strengthen succession pipelines and leadership bench strength
Leading the development of Talent & Learning strategies, governance, and standards across the organization
