As a content marketing specialist, you are responsible for creating and optimizing high-impact content that drives customer growth and engagement for Business Banking Italy. You develop and continuously improve landing pages, run A/B tests, and create compelling content for campaigns, partnerships, and always-on initiatives. You also contribute to engaging content experiences within our app, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints. You play a key role in strengthening content performance and ensuring content is both creative and conversion-driven. Working closely with data, media, SEO, UX, branding, CRO teams, and external partners, you deliver scalable, high-performing content.

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
Location: Milan
Annual base salary starting from: Euro 40.000
Variable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
