We are looking for three motivated Client Advisor Assistants to join our team and support our Client Advisors in their daily activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and a high-quality client experience
become a first point of contact for clients on account-related queries, developing strong communication and problem-solving skills
learn how account opening, onboarding, due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities work in a leading financial services environment
prepare and coordinate documentation for client meetings and investment proposals, gaining exposure to wealth management activities
collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
Your team
You will be joining the newly established Client Advisor Assistant team in Milan, a young and collaborative environment where you can learn from experienced professionals and build a solid foundation for your career in financial services.
As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering bespoke client services while developing your skills day by day. Together with the other new joiners, you will contribute to a growing team that helps manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
a high school diploma or university degree, ideally in economics, finance, business administration or a related field
first experience in financial services is a plus, but not mandatory
strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, even in a fast-paced environment
a collaborative mindset, positive attitude and ability to stay organized while managing different priorities
discretion, professionalism and adaptability to changing demands
native-level Italian and fluency in English
