We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper – MEP to manage the receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of MEP materials, tools, and equipment at project sites. The candidate should have knowledge of MEP materials and maintain accurate stock records to support smooth project execution.

• Receive, inspect, and verify MEP materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Maintain proper storage and arrangement of MEP materials at the project site store.
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requests.
• Maintain daily inward and outward stock records.
• Track inventory levels and prepare stock reports.
• Pipes (GI, MS, PVC, CPVC, HDPE, PPR, etc.)
• Valves, fittings, flanges, and accessories
• Electrical cables, conduits, switches, and panels
• HVAC materials, ducts, insulation materials, and accessories
• Fire fighting pipes, fittings, and equipment
• Plumbing and sanitary materials
• Ensure proper identification, tagging, and storage of materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, project engineers, and site supervisors for material requirements.
• Monitor material wastage, damages, and shortages.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Prepare material consumption reports and assist in project audits.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the store area.
• Diploma / ITI / Any technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum [X] years of experience as a Store Keeper in MEP, construction, or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP materials and site store operations.
• Experience in maintaining stock registers and inventory documentation.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/software systems preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and vendors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
