DESCRIPTION

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in public or private security industry
• Corporate/Physical Security experience with a global company
• Proven track record in business continuity and operational security
• Experience writing and publishing security standards Technical Knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components
• Expertise in security metrics and trend analysis
• Ability to develop and deliver security awareness training programs
• Understanding of crisis operations and risk management
• Experience in managing daily operations and strategic program planning
• Track record of building international and cross-functional relationships
• Ability to work independently and lead global teams
• Demonstrated project management capabilities Communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation abilities at all organizational levels
• Experience in crisis communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy Problem-Solving
• Ability to analyze technical requirements
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
• Results-oriented approach to challenges
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation Other Requirements
• Valid driver's license (must use personal vehicle between locations)
