It's not easy being a PT at Virgin as the targets are unrealistic and if you don't achieve them, they give you a "letter of concern", before either booting you out of the P.T jumping ship before they get the boot. Just give them the usual buzz word blurb they like. "I want to help people achieve their fitness goals and pass on my valuable knowledge to get them to where they want to be" bla bla crap.
