Great customer service to me entails 3 key points. One is being courteous and proffesional to the customer, the second is always making sure that you are doing the right thing for the customer, and the last thing is always making sure you make the customer walk out with a feeling that they just walked out of a five star restaurant and were treated to their best of your ability.
