It's impossible for them to respond after just 2 weeks. In my case, I really felt that my interview went excellently, and I took the time to wait. In total, I waited 2 months before they got back to me. During those two months, the entire selection process was reviewed by a central control body, which explains the delay. Patience is truly the key. They will get back to you if you are among the preselected and preapproved candidates placed in the roster, and then they will proceed with reference checking. For National Officers and professionals, it takes a lot of time, but for General Service positions, the process is quicker.
