what is needed for the spike/prototype? what are we evaluating in the prototype? Experience? if so, no queuing needed yet (we'll add this later). Estimate 1-2 SDE 1 or 2's (that know amazon's website construction & have experience), 1 sprint about 3wk. Difficult as it forced me to think about *how* I would estimate the work, and break it up. Effectively swag as a dev manager. This was my bar raiser question (what the bar raiser asked me).
